Sivatel Bangkok Hotel

I had the pleasure of staying at a hotel recently and there were a few positive aspects that stood out to me. the location was superb, with easy access to shopping places and public transport. the room was clean, spacious, and had all the necessary facilities. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Lastly, the breakfast had a good variety and was delicious, providing a great start to the day.

I did notice one negative aspect during my stay. The bathroom amenities were not up to standard and could use some improvement.

Felt extremely welcome, no reason to complain.

During our stay at Sivatel, we had an issue with the toilet in our room. However, the front desk staff quickly sent a technician who resolved the problem within minutes. The prompt and efficient response was impressive. Additionally, the housekeeping team did an excellent job maintaining the cleanliness of our room throughout our stay. The staff at Sivatel were consistently friendly and had a warm smile on their faces, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

The hotel room was spacious and perfect for families, with plenty of room for everyone to sleep comfortably. the pool was also a great feature and provided a refreshing break from the hustle and bustle of the city. Another positive aspect was the breakfast, which was delicious and offered a variety of options to suit everyone's taste.

The water pressure in the shower and the water heater could use improvement. It was a bit distracting at night to hear the traffic from the main road outside the hotel, which affected the overall ambience of the stay.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, situated in a quiet diplomatic area in the heart of the concrete jungle. The hotel provided great transportation options, with a Skytrain station located nearby, allowing for easy access to the main attractions of this city. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, providing top-quality service and meeting all of my requests. The hotel facilities were impressive, with a large bath tub in the room and a TV that could switch to an internet device with a keypad. The view from my room was absolutely amazing, further adding to the overall experience.

Can't fault the property in any way.

Great location near BTS and expressway, spacious suites with modern amenities, high-speed internet for work and Skype calls, infinity swimming pool, good breakfasts.

We had an incredible stay at this luxurious hotel. the exclusive amenities were beyond what we expected, with a stunning infinity pool, beautiful spa center with full body massage options, and a rooftop terrace perfect for sunset views. the service was impeccable, with friendly staff catering to our every need.

The buffet breakfast left something to be desired. Despite the appealing variety, the taste and quality didn't quite match our expectations of a five-star hotel.

The luxurious amenities here were outstanding. From the stunning rooftop pool to the plush spa lounge, every detail was high, end and exclusive. the spacious room had all the advantages of a private residence and the in, room breakfast was a treat. the location was also perfect for access to the city's best attractions.
